Shadow Vice-Chair

As a proud Brummie it is an absolute pleasure to be a board member for Compass Support and a part of the wider Pioneer family and do my bit to support the communities of Birmingham you all work with(in).
I am passionate about Birmingham and its communities and currently work as a Grants and Relationship Manager for Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) within the BVSC Grants Team. My work predominantly focuses on securing external funding and running grants processes to get the funding out to community partners. Once awarded I then have the pleasure of working with grant holders to deliver their projects.

My time at BVSC began in 2015 when I joined the Ageing Better in Birmingham Programme Team, this is where my journey with Compass began working as a contract manager for a number of contracts the Health Team were responsible for.

My time as a trustee has run parallel with starting my own family with family adventures being where I spend most of my time outside of work with my daughter Freda, son Sonny and Miniature Schnauzer Nora.
